1.Revoking access to a social network

From SprintPost: Social accounts page, then the disconnect icon next to the account. Access tokens are deleted immediately; past posts remain visible in the workspace history.

From the network (labels may vary depending on the app and its version):

  • Facebook and Instagram: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites), then remove SprintPost. We are notified of the removal and the access concerned is deleted automatically.
  • Threads: Settings → Account → Website permissions, then remove SprintPost; we are also notified of the removal.
  • Google and YouTube: third-party apps page of your Google Account.
  • LinkedIn: Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services.
  • TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Authorized apps.
  • X: Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps.
  • Pinterest: Settings → Security and logins → Connected apps.

2.Deleting content

Posts, media and tags can be deleted from within the application. Deleting a post in SprintPost also deletes its analytics and the comments retrieved, but not the post already published on the social network: delete it from the network if necessary.

3.Deleting a workspace

The owner of a workspace may request its deletion by writing to contact@sprintpost.app from their account’s email address. All the content, social accounts, analytics and comments of the workspace are deleted within 30 days; its members lose access to it immediately.

4.Deleting your account

Write to contact@sprintpost.app from your account’s email address to request its deletion. After verification, we delete your profile, your access to social networks and your personal data within 30 days, and confirm this to you by email.

If you own workspaces that have other members, first transfer their ownership from the Members and roles page; otherwise, these workspaces are deleted together with your account. Invoices are kept for the statutory period (10 years).

5.You commented on a post managed with SprintPost

Brands that use SprintPost can display in their inbox the public comments published under their posts. To have your data deleted from this inbox, contact the brand or write to us at contact@sprintpost.app, specifying the network, your username and the post concerned. Your comment remains visible on the social network until you delete it there.

6.Time limits and confirmation

  • Social network access tokens: immediate deletion upon disconnection or revocation of access.
  • Other data: deletion within 30 days of the request, after which backups expire within the following 30 days.
  • Requests received from Meta: a confirmation code is provided to Meta; this page displays the status of the request when you visit it with this code.
